Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the total weight of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions on selected products or order values.

You can use this number to check the status of your delivery directly on the courier’s website.


5. Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delays and Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.


7. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@all4safe.uk to check if we can arrange international delivery.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the package and damaged products to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.
All4 Safe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
