Return and Refund Policy

Introduction

At All4 Safe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something is not quite right, you may return most items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as first aid kits, food-related items, or opened packaging of personal gadgets, unless they are faulty.


2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at support@all4safe.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or arrived damaged.


3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect items).

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, colour, or size, please contact us before returning the original item so we can reserve the replacement for you.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or becomes faulty within a reasonable period, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for certain items such as:

  • First aid kits or medical supplies

  • Food or perishable goods

  • Personal-use items once opened

  • Custom or special-order products

Unless faulty, these products cannot be refunded or exchanged.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take additional time.

  • If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@all4safe.uk.
